How we get these
The rest of the season is played 100,000 times with our college ratings, the same simulation behind the playoff odds: every game, the conference title games, then a stand-in for the selection committee fitted to its picks from 2014 to 2025, and the 2026 rules (four power-conference champions, the best Group of 6 team, then the highest-ranked teams). For each game this week we split those seasons by who won it and compare your team's chance in each half.
Some swings come from games your team isn't in, for two reasons: a rival for the same spot wins or loses, or a team you already beat keeps winning, so the committee likes your schedule better. Swings under 1 point are within the noise and listed as "doesn't matter much." The team list shows teams with at least a 1% chance. These are odds, not picks.
